its was very good. You can replace the honey with a sugar free sweetener. I did it both ways and both were good.

Very tasty. I agree with the comment that it would be a good idea to dry the zucchini first on paper towels.

There should be some instruction to let the zucchini sit on paper towel to drain off some of the water.
