    So good! I didn’t have Parmesan so just used fiesta shredded cheese it wasn’t crispy but so rich and a great topping as a sauce. Will do it again!

    Delish. The salmon was so tender and flavorful cooked this way. I used slightly more Parmesan cheese and just the green part and a few slices of the white of a green onion, chopped fine, and a few shakes of summer savory in the topping. My daughter who isn't a meat eater, and just beginning to try fish, actually loved it.
