It turned out great! I tweaked ingredient amounts a bit and broiled the last few minutes. I paired it with a kale salad, which was a great combo

Excellent. Second time I made it. It's one of my favorite recipes for fish.

I used seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with panko and then seasoned with the ingredients shown. melted a stick of butter and rolled it in butter and then breadcrumb mixture. Baked for about 14 minutes. it was really good.

Simple (even for me) and tasty but not as crisp as I’d have liked. I used a Corningware baking dish.
Next time I might follow other suggestions such as using egg / panko and / or pan fry rather than bake as the underside was a bit of a floury mush

I liked it, really easy and quick, I have also added garlic power to the dry mix

I’m going to be the odd man out here, but I hated it! I love cod, I love Parmesan cheese, and I love baked fish. But this particular recipe (for me) just didn’t resonate. I hope it worked out for you.

This fish was tender, flaky and baked perfectly.
The combo of flour and cornmeal made a crisp crust. NOT fried love that ! Served with pesto orzo and green beans. Family loved it 👍

Delicious! I used white corn grits in place of cornmeal. Extra crispy. I have never baked cod at 450 before so the cheese was crunchy, fish tender. Love it!
