    I used seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with panko and then seasoned with the ingredients shown. melted a stick of butter and rolled it in butter and then breadcrumb mixture. Baked for about 14 minutes. it was really good.

    Simple (even for me) and tasty but not as crisp as I’d have liked. I used a Corningware baking dish. Next time I might follow other suggestions such as using egg / panko and / or pan fry rather than bake as the underside was a bit of a floury mush

    I’m going to be the odd man out here, but I hated it! I love cod, I love Parmesan cheese, and I love baked fish. But this particular recipe (for me) just didn’t resonate. I hope it worked out for you.

    This fish was tender, flaky and baked perfectly. The combo of flour and cornmeal made a crisp crust. NOT fried love that ! Served with pesto orzo and green beans. Family loved it 👍

    We liked it. I added garlic to the butter, used panko instead of flour and cornmeal. Added paprika, garlic salt, onion salt, and a lot of pepper to the panko.

    Great! I didn’t have onion salt so I switched to some salt and garlic powder. Very good with the Parmesan

    Great! Tasty and crispy without frying. i made an egg wash (milk & egg), then in the parmesan and cornmeal. Then i poured melted butter over it.

    Texture of crust was powdery and odd. Flavor of cod was good. Perhaps be really generous with olive oil drizzle? We won't be making again. It was unanimously disliked at our table. :/
