I have made this often for the last 3 years. It's my go to recipe for big thick pieces of cod. I add some hot sauce to the mayonnaise. Also sprinkled with some panko bread crumbs. Super delicious and easy. Dinner on the table in 20 minutes. When fresh cod is here buy some. This recipe doesn't disappoint. Don't buy frozen fish, only fresh caught is the best.
