Crispy, savory Parmesan and panko crusted chicken tenders are delicious on their own or great for topping with marinara sauce to make chicken Parmigiano.


  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for chicken)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for breading)
  • canola oil cooking spray
