Delicious. I have made this recipe so many times since first finding it here on Yummly. It's so quick to prepare, quite healthy and I'm a massive fan of paprika so the flavours are perfect for me. I recommend throwing a handful of hemp seeds on top to add that extra nutrition and nutty flavour.

It was great. I missed the part about cooking the sundried tomatoes by themselves. but it was tasty.

it was delicious! I didn't cook the asparagus separately because I missed a step but it was still delicious! We had it with brown rice. definitely recommend this

Not bad, but didn’t love it. I used generous amounts of salt, paprika, black pepper, and thyme since others have said it could be bland. Also subbed cherry tomatoes for sundried ones and added stewed red bell peppers and used the oil from that jar instead. I liked it but wish I’d made pasta or rice to go with it.

Fantastic and easy. Added pepper and some chili pepper for my own spice but was delicious!

Lacked a bit of flavor, added some more salt and more seasoning.

This is great - I used smoked paprika and loved the subtle tomato taste it has by using the oil from the jar; I would have never thought of that. I also put the chicken over some Spanish rice which was a perfect addition. Satisfying and healthy meal.

this is tasty, but even substituting fresh grape tomatoes and adding garlic it was a little bit bland.

This was good but could use a little more flavor. Needed 3-4 tablespoons of oil, 2 is not enough. Maybe more salt? I added garlic, as well.

Just okay, but im not a fan of dark meat. Hubby loved it tho!

It was good. I took others’ advice and added some fresh grated ginger and turmeric, which added some nice flavor. It wasn’t the greatest hit at this house, but it was a decent, healthy meal.

This dish is amazing! So simple and full of flavor. I make it just as is and serve it with fresh grated parmesan. It’s now part of our regular rotation.

OMG!!! Are you kidding right now?!? Do you realize how easy this was to both prep and cook? I did take a little culinary license with the seasoning. However, I believe this recipe will forever be a hit!! I even have extra boneless skinless chicken thighs so that I can make this again later in the week! This recipe is amazing!!!

Served over quinoa and it was fantastic! We used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead because we prefer the darker meat and it was delicious! This one will definitely be worked into the regular dinner rotation.
