This was wonderful and deserves a spot in the recipe book!! Changed up a few spices: definitely use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika. Ad a shake of cayenne pepper into the dry mix. I made nine thighs so doubled the seasoning in two separate containers and in the second container I added a tablespoon of olive oil to make a paste. The rice flavor was I ut of this world and next time
I will double ther rice as well - tremendous flavor!

I really liked this, I just dropped it a star because the rice is kind of plain. Next time I think I'm going to add some potato, bell pepper, and jalapeños to the rice mixture.
