Great recipe. I look forward to trying it according to the recipe.
Tonight (a week night), I used boneless, skinless chicken breast and didn’t take the 45+ minutes to cook down. I cubed the chicken and simply kept adding ingredients and it was all ready in about 30-40 minutes total. Everything was farmer’s market fresh. Delish.
