  • 2 tbsp wheatgerm
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • lime wedges (to serve)

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice. Process until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Serve with lime wedges.
