Serve over crushed ice and be sure to strain the lemonade before serving to remove any excess pulp or strands of lemongrass.

- 1/2 stalk lemongrass (fresh)
- 150 grams papaya (weighed still frozen)
- 1/2 lemon
- water (1 lt. fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. golden syrup (or honey)
- ice (to taste)

Directions
- Put in the mixer cup orblender: half stalk of lemongrass, papaya.
- Add the lemon (peel and seeds as well), pulse for 6 touches on the turbo button and then 10 seconds at maximum.
- Add fresh water, blend 1 minute at medium speed.
