    I used coconut sugar instead of white sugar, as well as coconut oil instead of ghee...and the halwa tasted fantastic! Remember to mash the papaya as you cook - you don't want soupy dessert. Oh, and definitely stir fry some raisins on top! That's the best way to have it :)
