- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 sausage links (chicken, sliced, I used Trader Joe’s jalapeno chicken sausage)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
