I used fresh chicken vs canned which doubled the amount, also used frozen corn vs canned (my preference). The dish was a hit with the family.

I made it with fresh chicken breasts instead of canned. Used chipotle seasoning on the chicken. I also added chopped bell peppers. It was really good!

It was very good! I put it in the oven and melted the cheese also I added fresh avacado to top. We are adding this to our favorites

Needed a bit more texture..added fresh tomatoes, lettuce, chives & sour cream. All rolled up in a tortilla. Easy & delicious as well as filling! Thank You
