- 1 can corn (15.5 ounces, drained, or equivalent amount of frozen or fresh, already cooked corn)
- cooked vegetables (optional)

- venison (optional)
- soup (optional)
- 5 eggs (see notes)
- 2/3 cup flax meal
- 1 1/3 cups almond flour (finely ground like Honeyville, other finely ground nut flours may be substituted)
- 2 tsp. baking powder (grain-free, see notes for easy grain-free, frugal substitution)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or coconut oil, or non-dairy butter)
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk; optional, if 5 eggs are used)
