My panna cotta turned out pretty good! I used heavy cream this time but I think next time I'll try it with half and half, or make the portions smaller. I never knew it was so easy to make!

Great! The flavors and texture were spot on. Surprisingly easy to make. Served with sliced strawberries. I had used silicone molds and did not grease them and it came out beautiful! Next time I will serve with a medley of berries and some fresh mint.

Made a 1/2 batch. The proportions work out very well. The consistency is very nice. A plastic wrap cover in the after it cools enough to avoid condensation may help avoid a slightly rubbery skin. Overall, easy to make and adjust for flavoring. One of my favorite treats
