I may have baked mine too long. My husband liked them. As for me, I think I would wish for them to be more moist. I had to substitute Italian Panko for plain. Really good flavor

I sprayed my pan, i hate stuck on food. I had frozen Brussels sprouts so i cooked until defrosted then cut in half. I added chili flakes to the ingredients, and extra garlic salt. We enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts they were soft but not mushy.

We left it in too long and the Brussels sprouts were a little too mushy- but that’s on us and it was still very good!
