- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 glugs olive oil
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 lemon (seeds removed)
- 2 chipotle peppers (seeds removed)
- 2 Tbsp. adobo sauce (this is the sauce chipotle peppers come in)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt (each of, and pepper)
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 3/4 cup olive oil
