Amazing...I put Dijon mustard, on top of each piece of salmon.. spread evenly to cover...then I use plain panko crumbs, but add minced parsley, lemon zest, little juice and pack onto the mustard covered salmon. Place on small baking sheet with parchment paper...put in 300 degree pre heated oven. If salmon is about 1” -2inces thick, back for about 15-20 minutes. Take out of oven when crumbs a browned, cover with foil loosely for 5-10 minutes. Useless gives me time to get rest of meal on table. We use another fresh lemon squeezed to taste. We use no salt in our diet, lemon is natures sodium....
