This is one of my favorite recipes. I top the fish with a lemon and caper piccata sauce from America’s Test Kitchen’s chicken piccata recipe and add some bay shrimp. AMAZING!!!

I did the air fry method and it worked absolutely great! Fish was seasoned well, turned out crispy and no fishy odor-just wonderful cheesy, toast aroma wafting in the kitchen. Definitely a keeper

This is an easy way to make rockfish ROCK! Great flavor and tenderness. I did not have panko, so I used regular seasoned breadcrumbs and it still came out great.

Excellent recipe. I chose to use Halibut from Costco; the pieces were 1” inch thick and came out perfectly. Served with steamed broccoli and cheese sauce with baby potatoes from The Little Potato Company (also from Costco). Family said it was the best fish they ever had. Thanks Nicole for sharing this recipe

This was a great dish - my family loved it! The Panko really gave it a nice crunch. I added a couple of additional spices to the flour (garlic and onion powder and smoked paprika) and added a nice squirt of Lemon to finish. Will make this again soon!

This by far the best recipe for Rockfish ever it takes a little of time and effort to get the fillets ready but you won’t be disappointed!

Easy to make and the fish comes out wonderful. I have used rock fish and bass.
