    Turned out perfect. Super easy and taste sooooo good. Even bought a big uncut loaf of bread at the store to make bread bowls with this soup.

    I loved this soup. I’ve never had Panera Breads soup, so I don’t know how it would compare. I made it with rice flour, non-dairy butter, and oat milk. I put mozzarella cheese in mine instead of cheddar, and I loved it!
    left nutmeg out and it was very good.

    Had a great crop of broccoli this year, so decided to try this recipe. I followed it as written including placing a cup in the blender at the end. Very tasty.
