Totally made some substitutions but turned out great. Added fresh broccoli, more cheddar, regular milk, cayenne pepper, used veggie stock.

Excellent recipe I doctored a bit with a quartered plum tomato in each serving.
This recipe lends itself to be more than broccoli and cheddar soup. Your imagination and this base may create a culinary delight!

Delicious! Very easy to make. Smooth and the best broccoli cheese soup I’ve ever made! Highly recommend this recipe!

We loved this! I made a couple of changes though. I whisked in the chicken broth first and added the half and half later along with the cheese. I also presteamed the broccoli and then chopped it so it would be more tender and also smaller pieces. I also browned mild Italian sausage and added. My friend said it was the best soup she had ever had. Definitely a staple in my menus

Been makin this soup for a year... my whole family LOVES IT!!! Mom says it’s better than Panera😊
Don’t hate me but I don’t use velveeda cheese—only cheddar varieties. Also, I add a little Better than Bouillon chicken paste to boost flavor to broth & fresh steamed chopped broccoli works well!
Great recipe that allows you to tweak to your family’s taste 👍
Thank you!!

This was awesome! I added a little more broth; the kids preferred it that way, but the flavors were on point!

Delicious! Before adding the final cheese, I take the immersion blender too it, we love it that way

I have not made this and glad to have their version made with real, freshly schredded sharp cheddar and fresh broccoli!

It tasted just like the Panera's. Only thing I did was cut it in half and still had lots. I also put the broccoli through the ninja to get a finner bits of broccoli. Highly recommend this recipe if you like broccoli cheese soup. Did have to add a little water mixed with cornstarch to thicken it up, but it was still delicious.

I would make it again, for sure. Although there is no need to add any additional salt.

Just like Panera!
I just cut thin slices of carrot and cooked with onions since I read the julienne/shred option a little too late

Excellent! Will definitely make again. We have a large family so I doubled the recipe when I made it- but other than that I stuck to the recipe and it turned out excellent!

Amazing! We thought it tasted just like Panera. My 9 year old enjoyed it too. Will make again for sure!

it was very good. tasted just like the soup from panera.i didnt use onions, (not a fan) but ive also never tasted them in panera breads soup either. i will be making again super yummy and not to thick like i thought it might be with all the cheese.

Delicious! This was a hit with the whole family!!! Would definitely make this again! Perfect for a chilly night! Served the shredded cheddar on the side.
