fantastic rendition of original soup actually better, did a a double recipe portion and with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper i feel its less salty than restaurant version and even more yummy. This rocks. for cheese lovers added some shredded cheese on top.

Amazing! The only thing I did different was I sauteed 1 stalk of celery chopped and garlic instead of onion cuz my hubby hates onion. I used a dutch oven and let it simmer on low for 2 hrs. This will be a winter time staple for sure!

Creamy and delicious! I added an extra cup of broccoli and chicken stock, a tsp of garlic powder and substituted whole milk. It was fantastic!

This turned out really well, I messed up and added milk & half and half so I added 3 more tbs of butter and about 2 oz extra cheese and it was great! Made way more then 4 servings too!

It was excellent. Definitely season to taste. Not sure about needing the carrots. They really weren't needed.A little garlic salt and season salt really topped it off. Great for a cold day like today.

turned oit great, I added more water beacuse just half and half and 2 cups of chicken broth is very little soup for my family so i added like 6 more cups of water and more spices like salt, garlic and herbs and turned out a delicous big pot of it, ended up takingto camp with us which was a great comfort soup by the fire in the chilly evening - everyone was very happy. Thank you for the recipe!

Good, needed more cheese than the recipe called for. I added chopped potatoes as well.

Very tasty! I did alter the ingredients ratios some. I followed the directions on preparation, but used more chicken stock, more broccoli, and more cheese to make a bigger batch. I’d definitely make it again!

SO good! If you like bread co broccoli cheddar soup, you must try this recipe! So creamy & delicious!
