- 1 tsp. red chili powder (kashmiri)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (roasted, powder)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (powder)
- 1 tsp. chaat masala
- 1 tsp. amchur (powder, dried mango powder)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1 tsp. kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves, crushed between your palm before adding)
