- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp. oil

- 1 onion (cut into cubes)
- 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
- 1 tomato (cut into cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (or jeera)
- 3 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 3 tomatoes (made into a puree)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 chilli powder (red)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder (or haldi)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (powder)
- 1/4 tsp. garam masala powder
- 15 cashew nuts (soaked and made into a fine paste)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tsp. cream
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder (and some crushed kasoori methi for garnishing, optional)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves (freshly chopped, for garnishing, optional)
