- 1 cardamom pod
- 2 cloves cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- paneer (cut into ½ inch cubes - 1 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- green chilli (Thai, slit lengthwise - 1, optional)
- salt (to taste)
- methi leaves (Dried, Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp., soaked in water for 10 mins and drained)
