- 3/4 tsp. chilli powder (I used Kashmiri Chilli powder, adjust to taste)

- 1 tsp. tomato ketchup (or sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. seeds
- 10 warm water
- 1 pinch kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
- 1/2 cup milk
