- 2 cups tomatoes (or 3 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped)
- 200 grams paneer (1 ½ cups or 7 ounces, grated or crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. cumin seed
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped finely)
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder (powder)
- salt (to taste)
- 5/16 cup capsicum (Green bell pepper chopped finely)
- 5/16 cup red pepper (chopped finely, can be replaced with green pepper)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves crushed between your palm)
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream (or fresh cream or malai)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (or coriander leaves finely chopped)
