- 2 stalks scallions (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chicken stock (can substitute with water)
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. chinese black vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3/4 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. chili (Lao Gan Ma Spicy, Crisp optional for spice)
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper (powder optional for spice)
- 1/4 tsp. chili pepper flakes (dried, optional for spice)

Awesome! I added half the amount of white pepper that was suggested and used chili garlic sauce. Loved it.

It was fantastic! We made steamed broccoli, cabbage and kale and mixed it in, just like we do at Panda, and it tasted just like we hoped.

Taste great very similar to panda if not better used crushed red pepper since we had no fried chili’s
