Great recipe, also great for cleaning out some veggies from my crisper. I didn't have snap peas so I substituted celery, and I used Spam instead of sausage. I was too lazy to blanch the veggies, just added them with the shrimp. Still turned out great but I think blanching would have helped retain the bright colors.
