- 1 lb. noodles (bihon)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 lb. cabbage (cut in strips)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 carrot (cut in strips)
- 1/2 lb. shrimps (medium, shelled)
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 1/4 lb. pork (pieces, diced or chinese sausage)
- 12 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- salt

Directions
- Soften noodles by soaking water; set aside.
- In a large wok, saute garlic, onion, pork pieces and shrimps. Then add carrots. When crisp-tender, add celery and cabbage. Add chicken broth and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, drain noodles. Stir into the broth mixture. If noodle still seem dry, a little water may be added. Remove from heat.
