Description
This recipe is really yummy, I make the pancakes for my family in the morning with lemon and sugar because they fill you up but they are not to heavy and filly to eat.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- sugar
- butter (for cooking in pan)

Directions
- Put 1 cup of sifted flour into a bowl and make a circle in the centre of the flour then, place the 2 cracked eggs in the centre were the hole is and stir slow until the it has become like a paste, then add a little bit of milk to make it easier to stir and keep doing that until all the milk is gone.
- Once all milk is in the bowl and it is stirred well, get a pan out and put some butter in it and wait until it has melted, then pore some of the mixture into the pan and wait for it to cook on 1 side then flip it and cook it on the other side
- After all the pancakes are cook put them on a plate and put some lemon and sugar in them and roll them up and enjoy eating them.
