Good taste and fluffy. I added blueberries and they kind of fell apart.

I added blueberries to my batter. I do feel like they could have had a bit more flavor.

here it a secret. subtract 1 tsp of baking powder and add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and Add 1 Tbs of white vinegar to the milk and let it set for 5min. before blending into the dry ingredients. The acid of the vinegared milk will act with the baking powder and soda to make an even lighter and fluffier pan cake. also this recipe need a pinch of salt. Don't worry you will not taste the vinegar.

Perfect recipe, I love it! Adding some extra ingredients (e.g.: cocoa powder or berries) makes it even better.

I’m not sure why the recipe asks for adding the melted butter to the dry ingredients because it makes it lumpy and doesn’t dissolve I found this recipe very runny so had to add two additional heaped spoons of flour

Followed recipe to the letter. Pure liquid basically so the pancake was more like a crepe.

I've made these twice now - once with fruit inside and one plain. They were both delicious. The second time, I only had self-rising flour at home; I used that and skipped the baking soda. It actually came out better. I will definitely use this recipe again and again.

Pancakes were bland, tasteless, followed recipe step by step!! I did not make any changes to the recipe and I am not going to make recipe again.
