    Really good pancake recipe. Extremely fluffy. I added 1 tlbs of pumpkin pie spice. An extra 1/3 cup of sugar. Instead of milk I used 1 cup of sour cream and 1 and 1/2 cups of unsweetened apple sauce. I think the recipe came out really good. When I have milk in the house I will try the recipe aa written.

    Fluffiest pancakes I've ever had! I added shredded carrot, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to make them carrot cake flavoured.

    My wife and I made these pancakes at 4 o’clock in the morning during the shelter in place order. These are some of the best pancakes I have ever eaten they are moist have a great body great flavor. I substituted half-and-half or regular milk they were just great I will make it again and again. Thank you

    Perfect! The best pancake recipe I tried so far. So fluffy and soft.
    I used Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 flour to substitute the all purpose. recipe came out quite delicious.

    here it a secret. subtract 1 tsp of baking powder and add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and Add 1 Tbs of white vinegar to the milk and let it set for 5min. before blending into the dry ingredients. The acid of the vinegared milk will act with the baking powder and soda to make an even lighter and fluffier pan cake. also this recipe need a pinch of salt. Don't worry you will not taste the vinegar.

    Perfect recipe, I love it! Adding some extra ingredients (e.g.: cocoa powder or berries) makes it even better.

    I’m not sure why the recipe asks for adding the melted butter to the dry ingredients because it makes it lumpy and doesn’t dissolve I found this recipe very runny so had to add two additional heaped spoons of flour

    Followed recipe to the letter. Pure liquid basically so the pancake was more like a crepe.
