They really stick to the pan even though I used a generous amount of oil (I tried using coconut and then olive oil after I washed the pan when it was just sticking too much). so I got 1 or 2 nicely shaped ones with the rest of it looking like scrambled pancakes, hahaha.
I put some strawberry slices and blackberries in mine as well and only a sprinkle of baking soda, used brown and white rice flour, and they tasted amazing. With my dietary restrictions breakfasts have become difficult so it feels good to be able to add these to my mornings. Second time making them I used avocado oil, not much difference. Still tastes alright.
Something tells me I forgot to add water....
