They taste really good. Only problem I had was that I was prepared to have 12 servings (as said on the website), but only had 6. Realized this recipe may have been for MINI-Muffins. Not normal sized. Either way it's good.

Tastes perfect with butter! Instead of eggs, I used 4 tablespoons of arrowroot flour and 5 tablespoons of water.
