Delicious! Cooked it with fresh caught yellowtail and it was sooo good! Definitely will be making this again and trying it with other fishes. It will be one of my favorites.

Delicious! Made a few changes because of what I had on hand. I used 2 pretty thick pieces of fresh Wahoo so was able to marinate them for 1 hr without the fear of it getting mushy. Used a little less ginger in both marinade and salad. Roasted up green beans and yellow squash and added it to the salad. Didn't have wasabi powder so I added in paste until it had a good level of spice. Covered and cooked the fish until it was at the right temp since they were thick. Served it whole on top of the salad but it ended up flaking so well and tasting great all mixed in together. The marinade is pretty sharp on its own, but I did cook it up really quick and threw a few spoonfuls on before serving to brighten it up further.
Thanks for the good recipe!
