- 2 cups Corn Flakes Crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup PET Evaporated Milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 lb. tilapia (catfish or perch fillets, about 1/2-inch thick, cut into serving-size pieces)

Directions
- COMBINE corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper on wax paper. Blend milk and egg in shallow dish or pie plate. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture. Coat with crumbs.
- HEAT oil to 365ºF in electric skillet. Fry a few pieces of fish at a time about 2 or 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Turn as needed for even browning. Add more oil if needed. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
