- 1 pinch caster sugar
- 250 grams cherry tomatoes (halved - a mix of red and yellow looks good)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (white balsamic vinegar is best)
- 1 handful coriander (leaves, roughly chopped)
- 200 grams plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

- 50 grams butter (diced)
- 1/2 lemon
- new potatoes (buttered, peeled, to serve, see TIP)
