loved it! even after 2 days, the cake was so moist and yum! definitely a family favorite

SOOOO yummy!! I actually tried a different spin on the batter - I don't eat processed foods, so the almond milk wasn't do-able for me. I used 2 tablespoons of water instead. It didn't rise at all, but again, was super yummy! Another thing I did was put sliced apples in the bottom of the pan and put the batter on top. Delish! I'll bet pears instead of apples are good with it too.

Turned out great. Easy & quick. Dense & moist. Topped it with the slow-cooker apple pie filling!
