Turned out great! Didn’t have sherry, so used Merlot. Wife loved it! Will make again!

This was very tasty and simple to make. I wasn’t sure what temperature to use on my stove, so I picked “5”. In retrospect I think next time I will go with a “7” and only cook 2 minutes on each side. I like my tuna to have a bit more sear and a bit more rare than what I got this time. I’ll definitely try this again.

This turned out well! I used Pinot Grigio instead of dry sherry as I had none on-hand. Served with butter and garlic rice.

Subbed Grand Marnier for the wine, green onions for the chives and coconut aminos for the soy sauce (too much salt for me). Caramelized the green onions in the Grand Marnier and sesame oil after the tuna was done. This recipe is perfection itself (with or without my substitutions. Quick and easy, delish!

We loved it! Served it over Lundberg’s wild rice mixture and it was amazing!

Excellent flavor. The sherry soy sauce was a wonderful accent with the tuna. Just a touch of sweetness
