    This recipe is delicious. I recommend using a little more mustard than it calls for, and I used a whole lime instead of half a lemon. I also think that increasing the heat from medium to medium high would cook this more to my preference. I had to cook it longer to get a sear, which cooked the inside more than I would have liked. Otherwise, this came out great, and I would definitely make this again.

    Very easy recipe and perfect flavoring. We paired the fish with a nice chopped salad.

    Made this meal this evening with a piece of Ahi Tuna. It was amazing! We then took the leftovers and made into a tuna salad for wraps for lunch! We will be keeping this one for future meals! Thank YOU!
