Required a little more cooking time than listed for medium steak. Seasoning blend was excellent.

I did not have Cajun seasoning so I used Lowry's seasoned salt, cracked pepper, and a sprinkle of curry powder. The steaks were delicious but a little salty. I should have used less salt and more pepper. This is a simple and delicious recipe. I suggest it and will make it again.
