I see how this recipe received such low ratings. I made it and mine turned out delicious but this is because I cooked the brussels sprouts separately first. What I did first is parboiled the brussels sprouts in salted boiling water for a few minutes and then roasted them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15mn. Then I followed the remaining steps of the recipe. Try it that way and you will get a better tasting experience.

I loved them, I should of cooked my Brussels longer before adding the apples, because the apples cooked faster than the Brussels. I will definitely cook this recipe again.

i have always loved pan seared brusse sprouts, with onion, garlic, olive oil, and sliced almond. Tried this recipe, just had a weird taste, coukdnt eat much of it. Will stick to the old way.
