- 1 pinch saffron (infused with about 100ml warm milk)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 150 mL fish stock
- 100 mL dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. cheddar cheese (smashed into a paste)
