- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (we used Pinot Grigio)
- 1 lemon juice (& zest)
- 1/2 Tbsp. dill (fresh or dry)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter (cold, cubed)
- salt (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup leek (optional - sliced)
- 2 slices bacon (optional - sliced into 1/2 inch pieces)
