Amazing. Easy, and so tender. Next time will leave in the oven 7 minutes, was slightly rare but tasted delicious.

I patted the steak with paper towels, then brushed all sides with EVOO. Sprinkled only with salt before pan searing for 2 minutes per side (because ground peppercorns will burn during the searing process). Seasoned with ground peppercorn and garlic powder before baking for 5 minutes.

The rosemary, butter, & garlic melted into the filet so beautifully & tasted incredible
