It’s so easy! Being Lebanese, I couldn’t resist adding chopped fresh cilantro to the garlic and butter which turned out great!

Simple and so delicious! I simmered the butter and garlic long enough that the garlic got a little crispy. After I drained the butter, we put the garlic crisps on top and it was exquisite! This is a keeper!

Very rich - would cut the butter way back in the future. But sea bass is a rich fish anyway. Very good
