Absolutely delicious! No additional salt is needed unless you just happen to really like salty food. Out of curiosity, I used a regular fish blackening seasoning on one steak. The blackening seasoning that is included in this recipe was so much better. I cooked some less time, I cooked some for longer and they all came out delicious. I happen to prefer cooking them on each side for 15 seconds. So good two Yums up.
P.S. I did set the smoke alarm off.

Tasted good, but I definitely underestimated how much ventilation one needed for the searing and almost died of smoke inhalation! Consider yourself warned.

turned out amazing, went a little spicy, but i halfed the black pepper and added the other half white pepper, even pleased the picky eater in the household

Easy to make. Recipe called for way too much melted butter and could have used more spices (volume was tight)

So delicious! I cooked the steaks at 450deg on the grill, starting off with them frozen and cooked them 2-3 mins each side. I have already shared recipe with family members! Thanks!
