Fantastic I bought the fresh sea bass and mushrooms and onion today at our local farm market so the ingredients were fresh. This was the kind of recipe where I learned techniques that I’ll incorporate into my cooking. The fish was moist and delicious with crispy skin. The sauce was perfectly flavored. Thank you!

Excellent pan roasted sea bass recipe. Followed the recipe exactly and served over Basmati rice and with a Caesar salad.

Best sea bass recipe I have made so far. My onion mixture was a little salty but that was my fault for not tasting it first. The fish was perfect and the timing on the stove and the oven was spot on.
Second Time: worked out great. Made a parsnip purée and roasted purple fingerling potatoes. Better than anything you can get at a restaurant!

Delicious and easy! I added peppers & horseradish sauce to the veges and served it with mashed potatoes.
