    This was great. It was a little spicier than my kids like so next time I'll dial back the seasoning a bit, but even my VERY picky 8-year-old who ONLY likes fried chicken tenders and chicken fingers from CERTAIN restaurants liked it and asked me to make it again. The chicken stayed VERY moist, which I usually don't get with baked chicken.
